Exhibitor packages start from £200, with opportunities including:

✔ Product demonstrations and live shooting sessions
✔ Workshop hosting opportunities
✔ Brand visibility across the event website and marketing materials
DEMONSTRATIONS & WORKSHOPS
Brands are invited to take an active role in the event by hosting demonstrations or workshops.
These sessions allow exhibitors to:
✔ Showcase lighting setups and photography techniques
✔ Demonstrate editing workflows and software tools
✔ Run live photoshoots or retouching demonstrations
✔ Share expertise with an engaged audience of photographers
Workshops can be offered as free educational sessions or ticketed masterclasses, providing additional value for attendees while promoting your products and expertise.
A portion of exhibitor fees will support EKC and MEN‑TALK.UK, helping fund educational initiatives and mental health support within the community.
